In honor of St. Patrick’s Day, West Mountain offers discounted 4-Hour lift tickets to anyone who wears green on March 17, 2025.
Wear green and receive a 4-hour ticket for $40 for adults and $30 for youth and teens.

While not the largest of the New York State’s ski areas, West Mountain packs a punch with 29 trails, ranging from beginner to expert difficulty, spread over 124 skiable acres. Three chairlifts and three carpet lifts service the ski and tubing areas. The mountain also has snowmaking on 85% of its skiable acres.
West Mountain has long been a favorite with skiers and boarders because of its close location to Albany. After a day of work, many area residents drive up to West Mountain to take a few night runs and relax on weeknights.
