Springbrook Hollow Farm Distillery in the Southern Foothills of the Adirondacks.
A farm distillery specializing in hand-crafted spirits in Queensbury, tucked into the Adirondack’s Southern Woodlands.
Springbrook Hollow Farm Distillery, located in the southern Adirondacks, specializes in creating high-quality spirits using the region's finest natural ingredients.
Pure Adirondack water is the secret ingredient in the recipe.
Springbrook has been a source of quality water for hundreds of years. Visitors to the distillery can see the original wooden pipes in the tasting room. The proprietors believe the water gives their spirits a unique flavor that can't be found anywhere else. That works for us.
We first encountered Springbrook Hollow during the Lake George Winter Carnival. They were offering free samples (two of our favorite words), and we immediately loved the clean, smooth taste of their vodka and gin. The limoncello was also delicious (thank you, Springhollow workers, for hand-zesting 1,500 lemons). And while dining at Beyond the Sea in Bolton Landing, the owners treated us to a round of orangecello from Springbrook. Yum.
A farm distillery nestled within the southern woodlands of the Adirondack Park.
Springbrook Hollow Farm Distillery, located under 10 miles from Lake George, New York, produces high-quality spirits using a natural process. Set on 200 acres of land with beautiful views of French Mountain, the distillery offers a peaceful, rustic setting for visitors to enjoy.
During our follow-up visit to the farm and tasting room, we had the chance to sample their exceptional bourbon and rye. Although you can find Springbrook Hollow products throughout the Northeast, it's worth visiting the farm and purchasing the products directly from the source for a fun and unique experience.
You can also buy directly from them online.
