Experience a Calming Soundbath in Blue Mountain Lake
Restore and prepare for the New Year at an ADKX special event.
Take a break, unwind, and rejuvenate yourself by attending a soundbath with certified sound healing practitioner Andrea Lisette Villiere. The ADKX is hosting this special off-season event on Saturday, December 30, at 2 pm.
We had a chance to attend a similar event with Andrea when the ADKX hosted her in November, just before Thanksgiving. It was transformative.
We loved the soothing vibrations of the gongs, Tibetan and quartz crystal singing bowls, alchemy singing bowls, the hypnotic drone of the Shruti, chimes, drums, rattles, and much more. It definitely helped to reduce pre-holiday stress. It also helped Mama Bear take a nap, but that’s another story.
The sounds and vibrations took us on a magical journey. Since then, we’ve learned that sound baths provide the ideal environment for self-healing and personal transformation. The instruments' resonance is heard and felt throughout the body, like receiving a full-body sound massage.
The harmonics these instruments produce work to realign your entire system, providing a refreshing and rejuvenating sound bath.
Visit the ADKX website for more information and to register. We HIGHLY recommend it.
