Ray Brook Brewhouse
Where beer and food meet in the Adirondacks.
We found ourselves looking for something warm and comforting on a recent cold and rainy Saturday afternoon. We were thrilled when our path led us to the front door of Ray Brook Brewhouse.
Ray Brook Brewhouse offers delicious food, craft beer and cider in the heart of the Adirondacks between Saranac Lake and Lake Placid. Whether you’re looking for traditional pub fare or something more creative, the menu items will satisfy any appetite. Hearty appetizers, like Brewtine (their take on Poutine), could be a meal unto themselves. But don’t miss their grilled flatbreads, sandwiches, burgers and salads.
And, as you would imagine, Ray Brook Brewhouse’s selection of craft beers ranges from light and fruity to darker and more complex flavors.
Their commitment to quality goes beyond just the food and beer. They use locally sourced ingredients. We found the warm atmosphere inviting and suitable for all our family members.
For current hours and menus, check out their website or Facebook page.
