Rock the Lake | Lake George | August 11-12

“Rock The Lake” 80’s music festival returns to Lake George for a two-day outdoor event featuring a totally awesome lineup of tribute bands paying homage to some of the best artists, hairstyles, and spandex outfits of the 80s. Don’t miss this weekend of live music paying respect to classic bands like AC/DC, Skynyrd, Journey, Pink Floyd, Kiss and more gnarly acts.

33rd Adirondack Folk Festival | Schroon Lake | August 13

The 33rd Adirondack Folk Music Festival occurs on Sunday, August 13, at Schroon Lake’s Town Park and Bandstand.

This year’s festival celebrates the legacy of Pete Seeger and Woody Guthrie. Performers include musicians who played alongside Pete and Woody. This event is totally FREE to the general public.
