Jazz at the Lake Kicks off on Friday, September 15
This is a three-day event starting Friday, September 15 to Sunday, September 17, 2023
The fall season of outstanding festivals and celebrations in the Adirondacks begins with Jazz at the Lake, one of the East Coast’s premier jazz events.
The amphitheater in Shephard Park, on Lake George’s shoreline, is the hub of all the activity. It’s a terrific venue for listening to wonderful music and taking in the beauty of the Adirondacks.
Friday night’s line-up includes
6 pm — Endea Owens and The Cookout at Shephard Park. Acclaimed and award-winning artist, bassist and composer, Ms. Owens delivers electrifying performances and is widely acknowledged as one of the jazz world’s ascending talents.
All evening — Jazz Around Town. Regional jazz favorites will perform at partner businesses starting at 7:30 pm.
