If you are an Adirondack beer enthusiast or just love exploring new places, you must have heard of Bolton Landing in the Adirondacks.
Located a few miles north of Lake George village, this brewery promises a one-of-a-kind beer adventure, allowing you to sample unique, flavorful beers served in a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. Here is everything you need to know about Bolton Landing Brewing Company.
Family roots run deep at Bolton Landing Brewing.
A father and son started Bolton Landing Brewing Co. in 2017 with a mission to “tap into the Adirondack Region’s legacy of pioneering great American beer, which dates back over 200 years.” We are supportive.
They have several signature brews, including the Urban Lumberjack Imperial Stout, Paradise Bay IPA, Pinnacle Sunrise American Light Lager and First Resort Kolsch. They also feature seasonal brews throughout the year that reflect the changing flavors of the Adirondacks. Be sure to try one of their refreshing Lake George Lemonades in the summer.
Bolton Brewing also offers a rotating selection of specialty drinks, spirits, wines and mixers in their wood-beamed taproom to satisfy any gu’ tastebuds. In warmer weather, sit outside on the patio. If there’s a nip in the air, try to get next to one of their patio fireplaces.
And because no one should consume a lot of beer on an empty stomach, they offer a menu of beer-appropriate nibbles, including parmesan truffle fries, soft pretzels, jumbo wings, the Brewery Dog topped with chili & beer cheese and served in a Brioche Bun, chicken wrap sandwiches, and a Chicago beef sandwich.
Beer flights are available, as are Crowlers, 32 oz aluminum cans you can fill up with your favorite selections to go.
