8th Annual Amy’s Adventure Race for the Lake in Bolton Landing

Lake George Land Conservancy’s race is the ultimate fall trail challenge.

Whether you’re a seasoned trail runner or a first-timer looking for a new challenge, Amy’s Adventure Race has something for everyone. Expect muddy paths, steep climbs, and breathtaking views that make every step worthwhile.

This year, the race includes a 4.5-mile trail race as well as a 10-mile loop. The loop will take runners through Amy's Park, a beautiful preserve snuggled in the Adirondacks near Lake George. It offers challenging and rugged terrain with 700 feet of elevation gain amidst ponds, marshes, and forests.

The vibrant fall foliage provides a stunning backdrop, making this race a feast for the eyes as well as a test of endurance.

About the Lake George Land Conservancy.

Proceeds will support the conservation work of the Lake George Land Conservancy. their mission is to protect the land within the Lake George watershed to preserve the world-renowned water quality of this amazing lake.

The proceeds from this race will specifically go to the LGLC's Indian Brook & Northwest Bay Conservation Initiative, an ongoing effort to conserve lands in this highly sensitive region of the Lake George Watershed.

Since 1988, the LGLC has protected more than 2,520 acres of land in the area. Protecting wetland areas like Amy’s Park is the primary way pollutants are filtered out of the water before it reaches Lake George.
