The Village of Saranac Lake's 2024 Music on the Green Summer concert series continues on Wednesday evening, July 31, with a performance by Waiting on Mongo.
Waiting on Mongo is a power funk septet from Asbury Park, NJ. Their performances are an immersive experience that can only be described as a soulful journey with psychedelic grooves.
Their live shows feature strutting guitar riffs, transcendent horns, and heady organ depth, taking you on a cathartic journey where you can shed the weight of the world.
Music on the Green is an annual tradition for Saranac Lake, bringing the community together to enjoy a range of musical artists.
The village’s goal is to provide residents and visitors with live music that is accessible, both in location and price. That’s why admission to all Music on the Green concerts is free.
