A Cooking Contest Heats Up the Central Adirondacks
Inlet hosts the annual Fire & Spice Competition.
Mark your calendars for Sunday, May 5, 2024, because you won't want to miss Inlet, NY's sizzling hot culinary competition. The event is open to both amateur and professional chefs, who will be judged in multiple categories of spicy hot dishes. And that's not all - attendees will also have the opportunity to sample the entries and indulge in other delicious foods.
The competition will take place at the iconic Screamen Eagle in Inlet, where competitors can register and be judged starting at 1 pm. Get ready for a day filled with fiery flavors and culinary creativity.
