58th Annual Chicken BBQ and 4th of July Weekend Celebration
The Newcomb Lions Club continues a time-honored (and delicious) summer tradition.
The Newcomb Lions Club will hold its 58th Annual Chicken BBQ on Saturday, July 6th. Serving will start at Noon and continue until the chicken is sold out or 5 pm. Each BBQ dinner ticket costs $17 and includes half a chicken, baked beans, salad, roll, and a beverage.
Chicken not your jam? Hamburgers, Hot Sausage and peppers, Hot Dogs, and soft drinks can also be purchased at the picnic.
A family-friendly event with live music, fun and games, and fireworks.
This family event will feature live musical entertainment throughout the afternoon. Don’t miss the Lions Club raffle to win a chance to win cash prizes.
The event will be capped off with spectacular fireworks at dusk (approx. 9 pm).
All funds raised go directly to supporting the local community and the Lions' activities. The Newcomb Lions Club was chartered in 1966 and strives to live up to the motto "WE SERVE"“ All donations help them serve the Newcomb community and worldwide efforts.
