John Brown LIVES! sponsors another Blues at Timbuctoo festival on September 17, 2023, from noon to 5 pm at the John Brown Farm State Historic Site in Lake Placid, NY.
This annual event in Lake Placid, held outdoors on the 270-acre John Brown Farm State Historic Site, brings world-class vocalists, instrumentalists, performers, and storytellers in concert and conversation with the audience. And it’s free to attend — no tickets or admission fee required.
This is an outdoor event, rain or shine. Pack a picnic basket and sun umbrella.

Adirondack Blues Reunion
On Saturday, September 16, attend a special screening of “His Truth is Marching On: A Story of American Music from 1619 to Hip Hop told through John Brown’s Body” at Lake Flower Landing, Saranac Lake.
