Applefolkfest Near Crown Point and Lake Champlain

Fall family fun at Penfield Homestead Museum.

Apples are the ultimate fall food.

The Penfield Homestead Museum in historic Crown Point hosts its annual Applefolkfest on Sunday, October 13, 2024, from 10 am to 3 pm.

The fun-filled family event includes local craftspeople, artisans, farm goods, local authors, a bounce house for Lil’ ADKers, and flea market finds. Loose Monkeys will provide live music, playing traditional Irish and Celtic music.

No Adirondack fall festival is complete without great food, and there will be plenty at Applefolkfest. Enjoy chili, Brats, sausages, hotdogs and hamburgers, an apple dessert bake sale and other tasty snacks and treats.

Lieutenant Colonel (Ret) Chris Heidorf will also be on hand with his Morgan Horse from Dead Creek Ranch.

While at Applefolkfest, you can tour the Penfield Homestead’s historic property, and the Adirondack Gift Shop will open.
