Their pizza crusts are crisp and chewy, infused with a slight char that only a wood-fired oven can create. Using fresh ingredients, they top their pies with a mix of traditional and inventive toppings that elevate each slice.
Ingredients are locally sourced, and the full bar features local Adirondack breweries.
The restaurant is more than just pizza. The menu includes appetizers and entrees to please everyone in your group, including a “Saplings” menu for the Lil’ ADKers.
We go for the pizza, though. Our favorites include the “Meat Your Match,” which features pepperoni, pancetta, prosciutto, and hot Italian sausage. We also love the “Farm Stand” topped with goat cheese, arugula, parmesan, and balsamic drizzle. Or, if you’re really into ‘shrooms (or awesome puns), go for the “Fun Guy Pie” with fresh mushrooms, mozzarella, parmesan, and truffle oil drizzle.
