The Wild Center in Tupper Lake is many things. First, it’s the Adirondacks’ Museum of Natural History. Second, it’s an all-ages immersive experience to foster a greater understanding and appreciation of the unique natural aspects that make the ADKs exceptional. But that’s just the beginning.

We recommend allocating a whole day to your visit to the Wild Center. This incredible facility offers abundant opportunities to know and experience the Adirondacks. The captivating exhibits in the indoor museum include multimedia presentations, hands-on experiences, and up-close animal displays.
