Blue Water Manor has multiple lodging options and restaurants offering year-round accommodations. Homebase is Bluewater Manor, Pumpernickel’s Tavern on the Lake, the banquet hall, and Lodges at Bluewater at Manor. Guests have full access to all resort facilities:

The Lodges at Bluewater Manor
Accommodations from May through October
Room sizes range from standard Queen- and King-size rooms to suites with multiple beds and sleeper sofas, some with kitchenettes.
All rooms have private baths, AC/Heat, WiFi, cable, daily housekeeping, Keurig coffee maker and minifridge.
North Lodge
Year-round lodging
All rooms are equipped with two queen-sized beds, table and chairs, full bath, color TV, hairdryer, minifridge, zoned heating, and air-conditioning.
A limited number of connecting rooms are available
Long-time Bolton visitors may remember this property as Bolton Pines. It also houses Pumpernickel’s (open May through October) and The Bolton Barrel (open November through April).
Both offer delicious food, live music, beer dinner events, and more.
North Lodge is located ¾ of a mile north of the Blue Water property, and guests have access to Blue Water amenities at any time.
