Long Lake’s Totally Awesome 4th of July Celebration at Town Beach

Immerse yourself in Independence Day revelry and the 70s and 80s in the Central Adirondacks.

The Town of Long Lake hosts their annual 4th of July Celebration at the Town Beach, sponsored by the Town of Long Lake.

A fun-filled day on July 4th in Long Lake.

Enjoy live music performances and chow down on an All-American feast lovingly prepared by the Long Lake Fire Department. Just be sure to save room for some strawberry shortcake served fresh from the Long Lake Lions Club.

Classic games like sack races and water balloon fights will keep everyone entertained for hours. This celebration offers something special for all ages. Come create lasting memories with your community in a place where everyone feels like a neighbor.

The Yacht Lobsters will entertain the crowds with their musical talents. Established in 2022 in New York City, the Yacht Lobsters sail the waves of the butteriest Soft Rock of the 1970s and early 1980s. Their big sound recreates—and sometimes reimagines—the studio mastery of retro-rock icons like Steely Dan, the Doobie Brothers, Hall & Oates, Toto, etc.

And then, to turn things up “to eleven,” at dark, visitors will experience a fantastic fireworks display that can be seen from the beach, boat or Mt. Sabattis.
