Get ready for a kick-a$$ summer season in Schroon Lake with the 50th-year celebration of live music featuring long-time North Country favorites Get Up Jack. The event will take place on Wednesday evening, July 3, from 7 pm to 9 pm at the Bandstand overlooking beautiful Schroon Lake.

To celebrate its 50th summer, the Schroon Lake Art Council is honoring the diverse musical styles that have influenced the music of the Adirondacks. The event will feature Get Up Jack, known for presenting Irish folk music and infusing it with classic American pop, rock, and folk energy. Led by John Haggerty, the band has over a decade of experience and has captivated audiences across the USA and Ireland.

Admission to the event is FREE, so bring a chair, blanket, and favorite snacks for a beautiful evening with a “touch of the Blarney”!
