Saranac Lake First Friday
A monthly celebration of cultural diversity, history, food, business, and arts in the Adirondacks.
Saranac Lake First Friday is an event that aims to promote collaboration between local businesses, including retail shops, restaurants, art venues, and entertainment centers. On the first Friday of each month, residents, visitors, and students come together to showcase the vibrancy of the Adirondack Mountain Village's downtown businesses and create a welcoming community.
The event provides an opportunity to strengthen relationships with neighbors, nearby residents in the Tri-Lakes region, visitors, and the local school community. It also aims to better engage college students at North Country Community College and Paul Smith's College.
Saranac Lake businesses play a crucial role in providing spaces that foster interaction between members of the community who may not interact as much. By creating a more welcoming business community, the village creates opportunities for both more clients and employees by fostering the kind of town that people want to live and spend time in.
What better way to promote engagement than with live music, food, art, and walking around Saranac Lake's diverse businesses and retail shops?
