Adirondack Hot Air Balloon Festival — We’re not blowing hot air when we tell you this is one of the most remarkable events on the ADK calendar. 2023 marks the 50th anniversary of the Festival, one of the top three hot-air balloon festivals in the US — September 21-24.

Great Adirondack Moose Festival in Indian Lake — Celebrate the majestic North American Moose with a moose calling contest, guided trail hikes, helicopter flights, Classic Car Show, Bruce the Moose and Smokey Bear, local crafts, food and drink — September 22-24.
