The Seagle Festival has long been recognized as the premier opera and musical theater-producing organization in the Adirondack region of upstate New York and the oldest summer vocal training program in the United States. It’s even been referred to as Opera Boot Camp. In 2023, Seagle Festival will celebrate its 108th Anniversary Season.

And what better place to feature Seagle’s outstanding vocalists than at The Sembrich Opera Museum? This hidden gem museum is dedicated to the iconic opera singer Marcella Sembrich. The museum is housed in Madame Sembrich’s former summer residence and teaching studio on a peaceful and picturesque Lake George peninsula surrounded by towering pines and sparkling water. The museum is an excellent place to learn about music and history and to discover an opera legend who played a significant role in the world of music.
