Fireworks over Raquette Lake in the Adirondack Mountains of New York State
Raquette Lake’s Independence Day celebration is held every July 4th and features a spectacular fireworks show over the lake. Insiders say the best way to view the pyrotechnics is from the Village Green, 1 Main Street. If you’re lucky to have a boat, seeing the fireworks from the water is even more spectacular.
Blast off will occur at dusk (sometime after sunset at 8:45 pm).
