Enjoy July 4th in Historic Tupper Lake
The Town of Tupper Lake is a hub of celebratory activity for America’s Birthday.
From concerts at Flanders Park Bandshell to live baseball action with Tupper Lake’s own Riverpigs to a fantastic fireworks display, Tupper Lake is a great place to be on July 4th.
Check out the launch of the annual Summer Sunset Stage Live Music Series. Enjoy a beautiful sunset on Raquette Pond and watch the Riverpigs on their home field; once it gets dark, watch the fireworks show from either Flanders Park or the adjacent Tupper Lake Municipal Park. Either location provides a great view of the pyrotechnics over Raquette Pond.
Live music at the Sunset Stage in Flanders Park starts at 3 pm
Michael Shofi 3 pm - 4:15 pm
Brock Gonyea 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Folkfaces 7 pm - 9 pm
Professional baseball action
Watch the Tupper Lake Riverpigs take on the Japan Islanders from Lyon Mountain at 6 pm.
From June to August, the Riverpigs take to the Tupper Lake Municipal Park ball field.
The name "Riverpigs" was chosen to reflect the region’s logging history — Riverpigs were skilled loggers who broke up logjams on rivers.
Fireworks
The pyrotechnics begin at dark, after sunset at 8:45 pm
Fireworks presented by: The Town and Village of Tupper Lake
