It’s All About the Chili
If the fireworks on Saturday weren’t enough to get your blood pumping, Sunday’s Chili Cook-Off at Hague’s Winter Weekend will give you the spark you need.
The Chili Cook-off is THE event for Sunday. Contestants are instructed to drop off their chili entries at 1 pm. The tasting starts at 3 pm.
Admission is $15 at the door and includes samplings of the chilis plus a hamburger or hot dog. This is a BYOB event, so whether you like your chili with the Campagne of Beers, a vintage bottle of Bordeaux, or a bottle of Dad’s root beer, you’re in charge.
DJ Dan Whitford will be providing entertainment to keep things lively.
