Slide into Lake Placid for the 2022/23 Bobsled and Skeleton North American Cup. The action goes down at Mt. Van Hoevenberg Olympic Sports Complex starting on Wednesday, November 30, through Sunday, December 4. Over the course of the competition will be 2-Man bobsleigh, Women’s monobob, Men’s and Women’s skeleton, the 4-Man bobsleigh, and 2-Women bobsleigh events.

According to the event website, “This is like nothing you’ve seen before, these athletes have something to prove, and it shows!” These talented (and very brave) women and men, known as “sliders,” will propel themselves out of the start with pure grit, strength, and determination to accelerate with tremendous speed and navigate the technical turns of Mt. Van Hoevenberg’s legendary combined track.
